I’m out of the office this week onsite with a potential client. Walking around the office I noticed the ol’ Usability Professional Association’s (UPA) poster, “Designing he User Experience”, that my client had outside his cube.
I’ve always enjoyed this poster as I think it nicely communicates a basic user-centered design approach. I’m also a fan of Jesse James Garrett’s Elements of User Experience Design diagram as well, as it illustrates moving from the abstract to concrete and through various design disciplines/elements.
My question to you – what posters or illustrations have you seen that you think provide a great overview of a design process?
